Fans reaction Charlton v Blues
Fans reactions below.
Bad day, but would have took this position back in August. Do I think we will be promoted? Absolutely. Champions? Yes. Just like the Walsall game was a wake up call, I believe this will be too. KRO.
………….
It was going to come I’m worried about May and the position his in doesn’t suit him. Charlton did their homework on us and executed it brilliantly and it couldn’t been more if Charlton were ruthless but one was enough. Hopefully CD can get a reaction out of them in the next league game against Lincoln.

Learnings for the manager this week. First time we have played league matches on Sat, Tues, Sat – and with the high intensity and high press style, and only one change to personnel on Tuesday, and none today, we were a mile off the pace of the game. Never at the races. With a strong squad he should probably have made better use of it….

Not a shot on goal , this run is over now let’s see what this team is really made of and not what the press and some people make out
……….
It won’t be the first time we’ll slip up. we just need to bounce back from it in were still 2pts clear with a game in hand nothing to get overly concerned about.

Absolute garbage today. I know that our unbeaten record was going to end at some point, but it’s the manner in which we lost that has pissed me off. We had three shots in that whole game. Two were blocked, one off target and none on target. I’d rather Blues have a go and go down fighting than the way we played today. Still, we are two points clear at the top and I hope that we can get back on track in our next game.
…………
What was going on with. Stansfield after match looks like he was having a to do with there manager?
………
We played a passing game but then we get a corner and needing a goal towards the end we lump the ball into the goalmouth. Maybe a short corner could have drawn a Charlton player out their penalty area and we could have had a choice. We did not deserve anything from the game. KRO.

When Wolves pulverised this league 10 years and ended up with over 100 points they still lost 5 games. I think we will have setbacks like today and yes we will lose the odd game, but still confident CD will galvanise this squad to clinch this league by late March/early April but must learn that there will be slip ups-Even Man City/Arsenal/Liverpool slip up every so often. These performances like today will happen again are expected.
Keep Right On

We were not on our game today. Charlton were the better team today and could’ve easily scored one or two more. Felt like I was watching blues under Rooney last season; no momentum going forward, unable to get out our own half and so many careless mistakes. Hope it’s just an off day and we can get back to winning ways

What happened to the rotation so as to freshen the team and give others a chance to perform, where is Leonard?
Wondering the same myself! We were crying out for Leonard today, he needs to play far more minutes, the boy is a proper player, rarely misses a pass….
Real Madrid lost to a team from the weakest of the “big” European leagues last week. No team is unbeatable, it is how they learn from the mistakes that matters.
