Blues have today completed the signing of Ethan Laird for an undisclosed fee from Manchester United.

The 21 year old right fullback has signed a 3 year deal with the club and becomes the fifth signing of the season.

Laird has a lot of experience in the EFL after loans at MK Dons, Swansea, Bournemouth and most recently at QPR. He now makes the switch to play with fellow ex United star Tahith Chong who he came through the united ranks with.

Five signings, all permanent and more to hopefully come. The season is looking bright and more exciting everyday.
