A huge day for me going with my dad to see the girls in royal blue play for the first since the Covid Pandemic. It was great going back to St Andrews and finally supporting the girls and the majority of the game I was impressed. There is still work to do especially in the defensive area where we currently have a centre midfield playing as a Centre back.
Sorry for the delay but my phone and Laptop both ‘died’ and a few quid lighter ‘The Chairman’ is back.
A tough day for Blues Women this afternoon at the valley with a ruthless Charlton Athletic getting the better of the girls in Royal Blue. Blues changed their formation with Mollie Green playing has one of the three centre backs with Tara Bourne and Martha Harris out of the squad. Darren also gave a debut to Charlie Estcourt.
What a week! So many wonderful things have happened in the place that bares the Brother of Christ’s name. This is in contrast to that other place that bares the name of a Mexican cut-throat.
As I write the nauseous “Deadline Day” is coming through loud and clear on Sky Sports. In spite of the activity at St Andrews they have yet to mention us. I am not going to talk about those coming in or those going out

A phenomenal performance from Blues Women this afternoon after thrashing the Black Cats at The Stadium Of Light and all the goal scorers all got the debut goals for the club.
After last week’s moaning rant (read by over 1500 apparently), quickly became wrapping paper, you may have been hoping that my warnings would be forgotten and the loss of key players would be covered by outstanding displays by our youngsters and our players returning from loan.
Scott Booth came back to blues following his sacking last year to get a well deserved point with Lewes F.C and it couldn’t been more . Blues started the brightly with good interchanging passing with a cross that Siobhan Wilson who will become a fans favourite couldn’t have guided her header
Twelve months ago, when we were trimming the staff to remove the big earners Ryan Woods appeared. Presumably he was cheaper than those on their way out, but was given a better deal than the one Stoke City or Millwall his loaners, could come up with.
