Transfer news – Welcome Tyler

Blues have signed Tyler Robert’s on a permanent deal from Leeds United. The 24 year old Wales international signed on a … year deal for an undisclosed fee.

Robert’s born in Gloucester made his professional debut against Liverpool in the premier league after coming through the West Brom Academy system. He went on to have loans at Oxford, Shrewsbury and Walsall before a short stint back in West Brom side.

In January 2018 Robert’s after being frozen out of the Baggies side signed for Leeds for an undisclosed fee. He had a slow start through injury but went on to be pivotal in Leeds promotion season to the Premier League which resulted in him being named amongst the best youngsters in the league. Robert’s went on to play his Leeds Premier League debut also against Liverpool before scoring at Southampton. Robert’s went on to sign a new 3 year deal at Leeds and spent last season on loan at QPR.
