  • Derby County 1967

This is a significant memory for me involving my father, as it was to be his last game watching the Blues away from St. Andrews Since I'd been six years old we had been to many away games and home games, along with my Uncle, Dads brother.

  • Alexa… Play World In Motion on repeat!

It’s finally here and as much as I would like to play it down, I’m as excited for this tournament as I was for my very first tournament in 2004.  Like in 2004 we have a squad that many believe gives us a chance of success but like every time the National team are due to play you are either a glass half empty kind of person or glass half full!

  • Thank you and welcome back

As we prepare for the 2021/22 season (11th Year of Tilton Talk Show) we would like to thank those who sponsor us.

  • Leonard’s stories from Oz

It would be hard to imagine the happenings of that day as it unfolded. The coach journey down to London was uneventful. we did though have lots of bottled beers and singing, until we reached a couple of miles from Highbury. At this point the driver informed us this coach had issues and that another firm would be taking us home.

  • A Blues eye view of Euro 2020

Euro 2020… In 2021! International tournaments for me divide football fans into 3 categories: Group 1 – They go to their local pub with their mates. Throw beer in the air for what is apparent ‘scenes’ that get you on Lad Bible!   Group 2 - The ‘anti’ England brigade! Always put club before country never being able to set domestic rivalries aside. I have a mate who has stated if a certain player (we won’t name) starts then he wants England to loseGroup 3– That small group of fans that embark on crazy journeys around Europe.

  • Leonard reflects …

So we asked for your stories of your time as a Blues Fan. Leonard Edgington has sent us the following. I helps to show that BCFC has always been a family club.

  • A Huge Thanks you from Tilton Talk Show and the Blues Trust

Many thanks to those fans who took time to sign the petition. Your support, along with around 2000 others, for the open letter together with action from other supporters’ groups and individuals brought pressure for change at executive level at our club.

  • Our final guests are

So on Monday we host our final show of the 20/21 season. This also bring to an end the most strange 12 months anyone has ever experienced. Our guests are a man who is Mr Blue, and a fan who has seen all highs and lows across over 60 years

  • The season behind closed doors

So we have reached the end of another season and boy has it been weird. We started with the high of a new manager. The manager who was coming to save us and take us forward without interference. A CEO who said publicly that he had learnt from the past and that the manager was here to stay... Fast forward 10 months and the merry-go-round that is BCFC has not let us down. Our believed saviour of a manager sacked, Lee Bowyer coming in and saving the club from relegation (Again). Finally we end the season and our CEO leaves (or was he pushed) after copious amounts of pressure from fans.
