I’m sure your anger/annoyance and frustration is shared by a number of us Alan who never wanted this appointment. A marketing stunt is all it is and we, the paying supporters, have to suck it up. We were told that our season ticket price would go up this season to match the improvement; well off the field, the ground is improving for sure (it could hardly have got worse), but on the field this ridiculous appointment disrupting the continuity, is a retrograde step for me; and particularly for a manager whose managerial track record hardly pulls up any trees. I don’t blame the players for Saturday at Boro, I blame the manager’s formation and playing style enforced on the players with barely any time to practise it. A wholesale change like this in his first match to me exposes him as another inexperienced manager changing the style unsuited to our players just to satisfy the ‘No Fear’ marketing nonsense. No Fear? More like no idea!
Could have put it better myself
Why can’t you get to Coventry game?
